By booking your stay at Marujo's House & Heart, you fully agree to and accept the following conditions, which aim to ensure safety, comfort for everyone, and the preservation of the property.
1. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 15:00. Access is self check-in via an access code, sent manually by WhatsApp on the check-in day after booking/payment confirmation.
- Check-out: By 11:00. Failure to check out on time may result in additional fees, unless agreed in advance.
2. Damage Responsibility and Property Conservation
- Guests assume full responsibility for any damage, breakage, or loss of property (furniture, appliances, keys, decorations, etc.) caused by themselves or any member of their group during the stay.
- In case of material damage to the property, the booking holder will be notified, and the corresponding cost for repair or replacement will be charged.
- The house must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state. Trash must be disposed of in the designated containers before departure.
3. Community and Noise Rules
- No Parties: Parties, events, or gatherings exceeding the number of guests in the booking are strictly prohibited.
- Respect quiet hours: Please minimize noise between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbors.
4. Smoking and Pets
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the shared outdoor areas and provided ashtrays if you wish to smoke.
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing with management.
5. Cancellations
- Cancellation is free up to 5 days before the check-in date.
- Cancellations less than 5 days before arrival incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount (or the full amount, depending on the rate applied).
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without any refund, as well as additional charges for damages.
